Kenect Recruitment Ltd interviews all potential candidates before registration. All eligible workers complete a right to work application form and supply the required identification and licenses which are then sorted securely under The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA)
All eligible workers are also put through psychometric and Basic English testing for both compliance and health & safety purposes. (All driving professionals also have to complete a manual/digital tachograph questionnaire and road signs test which consists of 60 questions in total at a set pass rate of 95%) Drug and alcohol tests are also available at request.
We are preferred suppliers for many Blue Chip & SME clients including DHL International, Argos, DPD, CEVA, Capula & Pallet Force UK, Wincanton, Royal Mail, UPS, and many more.
