Kenect Recruitment Ltd interview all potential candidates before registration. All eligible workers complete a right to work application form & supply the required identification & licences which are then stored securely under The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA)
All eligible workers are also put through psychometric and Basic English testing for both compliance and health & safety purposes. (All driving professionals also have to complete a manual/digital tachograph questionnaire and road signs test which consists of 60 questions in total at a set pass rate of 95%). Drug and alcohol tests are also available at request.

From managing bookings to processing timesheets, Flo's cloud-based system stores everything we need securely in one place and cuts out hours of costly administration. All of our clients have the option to log into our system to view information, input hours and verify costings.
