We are currently recruiting for a motivated individual to work for as a Sales Associate who will be working with a widely recognised service office provider within the U.K.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of your office centre with help from your peers. You’ll focus on sales, marketing, and providing excellent customer service to both new and existing customers.
Salary: £25,000 per annual year (Bonuses are granted via performance)
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 (40 hours per week)
Job Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a professional and welcoming reception experience
- Handle incoming calls, transfer them appropriately, and manage inquiries
- Provide administrative support, including handling booking requests, processing payments, and preparing reports
- Ensure all customers receive high-quality service by addressing their needs promptly and effectively
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including AV equipment, Wi-Fi connections, and any other required facilities
- Promote the centre and its offerings through social media, email campaigns, and networking events
- Leverage customer referrals to drive new business and enhance centre visibility
- Generate leads through proactive networking, marketing initiatives, and calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients/ customers
- Coordinate the logistics of customer move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to within the centre
You also need to be:
- A good communicator, used to dealing with customers
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
