High-Level Order Picker – Rugby

Working Days: Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Rugby for an experienced High-Level Order Picker to join their busy warehouse team.
The Role
As a High-Level Order Picker, your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating a High-Level Order Picker safely and efficiently
- Picking stock from high-level racking
- Using a scanner to accurately pick and locate products
- Ensuring orders are picked correctly and on time
- Working safely at height and following warehouse procedures
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Reporting any stock or equipment issues to your supervisor
- Supporting the wider warehouse team when required
Pay & Progression
- First 2 weeks: £12.71 per hour during training
- After training: £13.71 per hour, subject to satisfactory performance
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
Requirements
- Valid High-Level Order Picker/MHE licence is essential
- Previous experience operating a High-Level Order Picker
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
