Night Shift Warehouse Operative

Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Pay: £13.00 – £13.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy warehouse team on a night shift, working 10:00pm – 6:00am.

This is a hands-on warehouse role involving a variety of duties, including stock taking, picking, packing, sorting stock, pallet wrapping and working with containers. The role can involve heavy lifting, so applicants must be comfortable with physically demanding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock taking and checking inventory levels.
• Picking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Packing goods ready for dispatch.
• Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading containers.
• Pallet wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch.
• Moving stock around the warehouse safely.
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
• A reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work at pace and meet targets.
• Comfortable carrying out heavy lifting and manual work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.
• Flexibility and willingness to carry out a variety of warehouse duties.
• Must be comfortable working 10:00pm – 6:00am.
