We are currently looking for hard-working and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Castle Donington (DE74), near East Midlands Airport.

💷 Pay & Hours
Pay: £10.85 – £12.71 per hour
Holiday: Accrued
Job Type: Full-time
Shift pattern:
- Monday to Friday plus either Saturday or Sunday
- Day shifts: Start times between 5:00am and 12:00pm
- Afternoon shifts: Start times between 2:00pm and 3:00pm
- Shift times can be discussed at induction.
📦 The Role
Your duties will include:
- Parcel sorting, picking, packing and scanning
- General warehouse duties
- Container loading and unloading
- Using a pump truck
- Heavy lifting and manual handling
- Cutting down and disposing of cardboard boxes
- Assisting with receiving and warehouse processes
- Basic computer work
- Following instructions from warehouse supervisors
- Maintaining accuracy and a good eye for detail
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Flexibility to work different hours when required
👷 Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential – minimum 1 year
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible with working hours
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
