Job Type: Welder/Fabricator – MIG

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
Pay Rate: £17per hour
Kenect Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our long standing client based in Chesterfield, who are currently recruiting for a number of Welder/Fabricators to work on a permanent day shift, on a full time basis.
What will I be doing?
- Welding & Fabricating machinery to a high standard
- Working from engineering drawings
- Working within a small team
- Working to deadlines
- Use of MIG Welder, Grinders & Machines, Power tools
What do I need to know?
- Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience (3 years minimum)
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to health and safety.
